The Ayacahuite pine (Pinus Ayacahuite) is native to central Mexico and is commonly known as the “Mexican Christmas pine”. Its name derives from the Nahuatl tree of fog (ayahuitl - fog).

It has an expectorant and antiseptic action that provides great benefits for the respiratory system. It is also a general stimulant of the lymph, circulation and mind. 

From the emotional side, pine gives support and emotional support.
